M6 Junction 25
Junction 25 is the main northbound Junction off the M6 for Wigan, the junction is a restricted access junction, in that there is no southbound access to the junction and no northbound access from the junction. Built in 1963 this junction is of the standard design for restricted access junctions, the only minor safety issue being that having no southbound exit, southbound traffic on the M6 come across traffic joining from the left with little warning.
